Nepali Calendar 2023: On the 17th of the month of October for the respective year of 2080 and also which does fall on the day of a respective Sunday, the day of the pratipada is being celebrated which is also known as the ghatasthapana. This is basically the day one of the Dashain days. Coming to the day eight of the Dashain day, on the 24th of the month of October for the same year of 2080, the Saptami is being celebrated according to the Nepali calendar and is also known as the pulpit.

On the 9th day of the Dashain day which does fall on the 25th of the month of October which further is a Monday, the maha Ashtami day and the maha Navami day does fall and both of these are hence held and also celebrated as per the rituals of the Nepali people and their culture.
On the 10th day of the Dashain day for the year 2080, there is this vihara Dashami day for the respective Nepalis out there which is further celebrated on the 26th of the month of October for the year 2080 and also the day on which it does fall is a Tuesday as per the calendar of the Nepali folks. On the 14th day of the Dashain day, on the 30th of the month of October for the year 2080, the kojagrat festival or also known as the kojagrat puja is being held further as said by the calendar of Nepal.

Now, coming to the main festival of the Nepali folks, there is this festival known as the Dashain days which is considered as a very religious and a very auspicious festival of the place of Nepal as per the calendar is being marked. As said by most of the people staying over Nepal, this festival is the purest form which is being taken care of by almost all the people staying at that respective place of Nepal.
The day of ghatasthapana day is also termed as the day of the snowing jamara. During such a time, a religious Kalash is placed in the room where the puja is being held or where it will be further held as the calendar says. It is also said that goddess Durga represents this specific kalash which is being placed over there and hence is very scared and very holy.

Also, it is said that respective kalash which does depict goddess durga herself, that kalash is being filled up with water which is holy and also that kalsh is being covered up with dung of cow and other respective seeds such as the barley and other such grains, basically the kalash is being sewed by such items and also it is being placed in the middle of the room with blocks of sand at a distance away are kept in a shape which is rectangular in size.
Now, in the upcoming ten days after this puja, there are grasses that do grow which result up to five and also upto six inches which are further yellow in colour and hence, the name of this respective grass is jamara.
Coming to another religious day which is termed as the day of vijaya dahsami, tika, considered as another holy task is being taken up on this specific day and also on this specific day accruing to the calendar of Nepal, there is vermillion and also there is jamara which is hence sewn at the hours of this auspicious and sacred day. All of these festivals are also considered as days which are of national holiday type, this too is also being marked in the Nepal calendars as such.
